ATCO Frontec and the Fort McKay First Nation have opened the first phase of
their new Creeburn Lake Lodge, which provides much-needed, high-quality
accommodation in the booming oil sands region 65 kilometres north of Fort
McMurray.

The joint-venture partners plan to have all 500 rooms ready for occupancy by
August and, due to market interest, evaluation is underway to consider doubling
capacity to 1,000 rooms. This unique joint venture agreement to build much
needed accommodation was only announced last October.

"Rooms are in high demand and we expect to be at capacity when the Lodge is
fully-operational in August," said Harry Wilmot, President, ATCO Frontec. "We
are delighted to provide a facility that offers a high level of comfort and
amenities to people working away from home in the oil sands region."

The 130,000 square foot Lodge, manufactured by ATCO Structures, includes a
dining room, licensed lounge, games room, fitness centre, meeting rooms,
television rooms, laundry facilities, and on-site parking with plug-ins. Every
room features a 26-inch LCD TV/DVD system, high speed Internet, and individual
environment controls. Companies operating in the area are encouraged to contact
ATCO Frontec for availability. Additional information is available at
www.creeburnlakelodge.com.

Chief Jim Boucher of the Fort McKay First Nation added: "This project has
delivered numerous opportunities for our community. Creeburn Lake Lodge is yet
another example of the progressive work we are doing as a First Nation. We look
forward to partnering with ATCO Frontec on new projects in the near future."

The partnership continues to reflect ATCO Frontec's ability to work
collaboratively with Aboriginal and First Nation groups to deliver business
opportunities that result in long-term, mutually beneficial benefits and
encourage capacity building in the communities where the company operates.

The Fort McKay First Nation is comprised of Cree and Dene people who have a
strong historical attachment to the region and has established a wide range of
oil industry-based companies that provide employment opportunities and revenue
for the community. Visit www.fortmckay.com for more information.
