SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Newly appointed Chairman/CEO and former founder/inventor Paul G. Begum is pleased to announce the recent restructuring of the Klever Marketing Company (Pink Sheets: KLMK) and its Wireless Shopping Cart System. In his new position the Chairman/CEO has taken a number of dynamic actions to position the company for future growth. All of the 'preferred' shares were recently purchased outright allowing the Chairman to appoint a new board focused on the future growth of the company. This current board will be expanded in the near future. The company recently employed Mark A. Geiger, V.P. Technology and Iouri Klovbakov both formerly with Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, Inc. as our Software Engineer. Both of these individuals have excellent technical knowledge of our new generation Wireless Shopping Cart System. With this new wireless unit the cost of manufacturing and installation has been reduced substantially. The retailer will now be able to afford to install our new superior product with its major innovations at a much lower cost per store. Klever's Wireless Marketing is currently negotiating the installation with a Prime Super Market in Salt Lake City, Utah followed by a 'magnet' Prime Market in Orange County, California in the near future. To insure protection of its many patents the board has instructed its patent attorneys to notify companies who might be infringing Klever Marketing Inc.'s patents to "...cease and desist." The company is also pleased to announce that it has eliminated a substantial amount of its debt which has cleaned up its balance sheet considerably. The company is looking forward to its upcoming installation and acceptance by the retailers, consumers and package good manufacturers of Klever's Wireless Marketing concept which is expected to increase sales for the retailer along with adding benefits for the consumer and package goods manufacturer. With the state of our current economy we accept the responsibility to help the everyday marketplace including retailers, package good manufacturers and consumers. In this dire economy we feel a responsibility to do whatever our company can to incentivize retailers, manufacturers and consumers to save on costs enabling all to benefit accordingly. Utilizing recently available Web 2.0 technology the system device will be 'agnostic' allowing many different types of hardware to be utilized without any major software rewrites. Our new, all around money-saving approach will be discussed in a future National Wire Release. DATASOURCE: Klever Marketing, Inc.
