MONTREAL, Nov. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE:
CNI) announced today that the 13th edition of the CN Canadiens
Alumni Challenge raised C$360,000 at
a friendly hockey game which took place on Saturday. The proceeds
will benefit charitable organizations supported by the CN
Employees' and Pensioners' Community Fund.

Olivier Chouc, CN vice-president of law, and chairman of the board

On Saturday, at the Jean-Louis-Lévesque Arena at the University
of Moncton, CN's hockey club
played against a team of former Montreal Canadiens headed by
Guy Lapointe and composed of
Guy Carbonneau, Gilbert Delorme, Marc-André Bergeron and
Stéphane Richer.
The CN Canadiens Almuni Challenge is the CN Community Fund's
largest fundraiser. Since its first edition, in 2002, the event has
raised more than C$3.2 million for
charities across North America.
This year, proceeds will be donated to charitable organizations
supported by the CN Community Fund committed to supporting and
protecting children such as the University of Moncton and the CHU-Dumont Foundation.
