This Post-Effective Amendment No. 154 relates to the AdvisorShares Dorsey Wright Alpha Equal Weight ETF, AdvisorShares Dorsey Wright FSM All Cap World ETF and AdvisorShares Dorsey Wright FSM US Core ETF (collectively, the “Funds”), separate series of AdvisorShares Trust (the “Trust”). The sole purpose of this filing is to file as an exhibit to the Trust’s registration statement, risk/return information in interactive data format for the Funds.
