EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that
its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at
9:30 a.m. on Thursday 13 June 2024 at Everyman Cinema, 5 Holly Bush
Vale, Hampstead London NW3 6TX.
The Annual Report and Accounts for
the financial period ended 28 December 2023, Notice of Annual
General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted today, 17 May
2024, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive
