Admission Application
The Company announces that an admission application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 574 ordinary
shares of 0.25p each in connection with the Company's employee
Savings Related Share Option Scheme .
The Shares are credited as fully paid and rank pari passu with
all other existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the
Shares is expected to take place on 23 January 2024.
