HSBC Global Absolute Limited - Notice of AGM 2009 and Proxy Form CORRECTION 
 
 
On 23 March 2009 under RNS number 2838P the Company announced that it had posted 
Notice of the 2009 AGM to be held on 23 April 2009 and the relevant Proxy Form 
to shareholders (the "Old Notice"). This Old Notice contained certain errors 
relating to the Agenda and as such it is proposed that none of the resolutions 
proposed therein will be presented at that meeting. On this basis no business 
will be transacted at this AGM. 
 
 
The Company will post a revised Notice of the 2009 AGM in the week commencing 13 
April 2009. This revised Notice will include an amended agenda for such AGM. 
Shareholders will be notified of the exact date of the 2009 AGM in the revised 
Notice. 
 
 
Shareholders should note that the revised Notice of the 2009 AGM will be posted 
with new Proxy Forms. Any Proxy Forms submitted in respect of the Old Notice 
will be of no effect and will not be valid for the newly called 2009 AGM. 
Shareholders should submit a new Proxy Form for the newly called 2009 
AGM, following receipt of the new Proxy Form, in accordance with the 
instructions to be contained in the revised Notice of the newly called 2009 AGM.
