DIRECTORATE APPOINTMENT

The Board of Directors of ISIS Property Trust Limited would like to announce that Mr Stephen Coe has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company, as a replacement for Mr David Evans who resigned on the 30 September 2012.

Mr Coe, a resident of Guernsey is self employed, acting as a Director to public and private financial services clients. He is currently a Director of Black Sea Property Fund Limited, Kolar Gold Limited, Matrix European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, Raven Russia Limited, Trinity Capital Plc and South African Properties Opportunity Plc.

In the previous five years he has also been a director of ACP Capital Limited, ACP Mezzanine Limited and Aurora Russia Limited.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
