Block Listing of Ordinary
Shares
Application
has been made to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and the
London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing of
425,000 ordinary shares of
117/200 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official
List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities. It is anticipated that the Shares will be
admitted on 10 June 2024.
The Shares are being reserved under
a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in
connection with the vesting and/or exercise of awards under the
terms of the Company's Restricted Share Plan.
When issued, the Shares will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares
of the Company.
