Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLXS), announced its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable October 7, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 25, 2024. The $0.17 per share quarterly dividend is an increase of over 13% from the previous quarterly dividend.

Flexsteel has paid cash dividends on its common stock each year since 1938. This is the 331st consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
