Mr. Patricio is currently Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs of Pinetree Capital Ltd., a diversified investment, financial advisory and venture capital firm focused on investing in early stage micro and small cap resource companies. He holds senior officer and director positions in several junior mining companies that are listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchanges, including Brownstone Energy Inc. and Mega Uranium Ltd. Mr. Patricio received his law degree from Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.
