United Codeshare Agreement

Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (“Great Lakes” or the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 to its Form 8-K/A (“Amendment”) for the sole purpose of re-filing Exhibit 10.2 to the original Form 8-K.

Except as described above, this Amendment does not modify or update the disclosures presented in the original Form 8-K in any way. Those sections of the original Form 8-K that are unaffected by this Amendment are not included herein.
