The consumer adds the powder mix to yogurt, cereal, and other beverages or foods. Currently, NuVim is seeking a relationship with compatible company to increase revenues and profits. After careful evaluation of potential candidates, the Company has identified and has signed a purchase agreement with a company which has $3.5 million in annual revenues and is profitable.
