Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH) is considering the sale of a unit which makes heating and cooling systems, and is seeking about $1 billion, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Delphi has approached companies including Valeo SA (FR.FR) and Halla Holdings Corp. (060980.SE) about a possible sale, the people told Bloomberg.
