                         Changes to Directors' Details


Axeon announces the following changes to directors' details required under the
revised Rule 17 for AIM companies.


In March 2006, MPower Solutions Limited, of which John Blinkhorne was a
director, was placed into liquidation. There was a creditor shortfall of
approximately #1.9 million.


In November 2006, Inovas Limited, of which David Campbell was a non-executive
director, appointed an administrator. At that time the company had creditors of
approximately #0.9 million.


In April 2002, Servsoft Limited, of which Paul Johnston was a non-executive
director, appointed a liquidator. Claims lodged by creditors amounted to a total
of approximately #1.4 million. The company was dissolved in August 2003.
