Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (LSE: CDL) a natural resource project generator, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The results of the poll were as follows:

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the resolutions passed have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
