Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental infrastructure and property sectors, announces that, on 11 April 2025, David Anderson, Group Property Director and PDMR, sold 2,448 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 580 pence each. The shares were immediately repurchased by him into an ISA at 581 pence each.

Following this transaction, David Anderson's aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 113,653 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
