Update on revised Caliplay
strategic agreement
Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC) is pleased
to announce that Mexican antitrust approval has now been received
for the revised arrangements related to its strategic agreement
with Caliplay.
As a result, all necessary approvals
have been received, and completion of the revised arrangements is
scheduled to take place on 31 March 2025.
