"Company") announces that on 13 March 2025 James Lawrence, a person
closely associated ("PCA") with Rachel Lawrence, a Director of the
Company, purchased a total of 3,878 Ordinary Shares of 40p each
("Shares") in the Company at a price of £5.13 per share.
In addition, STB announces that on
13 March 2025 Mary Hartley, a PCA with Julian Hartley, a PDMR of
the Company, purchased a total of 5,501 Ordinary Shares of 40p each
("Shares") in the Company at a price of £5.43 per share.
