BOSTON, March 13,

today announced that it has appointed Trac
Pham to its Board of Directors, effective March 17, 2025.
Pham is the former Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, a
recognized leader in electronic design automation and semiconductor
development. During his tenure as CFO, Pham led Synopsys through
two significant transformations that helped scale the company from
$2.0B to $5.1B in revenue while expanding operating
margins. He is currently on the Board of Directors of UKG and
SiFive, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee for both
Boards.
