report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
3D Systems Corporation (the “Company”) has determined that it
will not be able to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time
period for such filing without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company requires additional time to complete the presentation of its consolidated financial statements, including the completion of the audit of the Company’s financial
statements by the Company’s independent auditors for inclusion in the 2024 Form 10-K. The Company expects to file the 2024 Form 10-K within the 15
calendar day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. An announcement of the intended filing date, and associated earnings call with
investors, will be issued in the coming days.
