A proposito di temperature in USA,per essere più chiaro:
Based on the 00Z run of the GFS computer model, for the 14 day period from August 14 to August 28, mean population-weighted temperatures are forecast to average 78.4°F which is +2.1°F warmer than average. Daily forecast mean temperatures will range from a max of 80.0°F on August 22 to a minumum of 76.5°F on August 14. Natural Gas-Weighted Degree Days (GWDDs)--a calculation that estimates the contribution of temperature to natural gas demand--will total 214 GWDDs during this same 14-day period, 20% above the historical average of 179 GWDDs suggesting that natural gas demand will be elevated relative to seasonal averages.

Ad ulteriore conferma di quanto scritto sopra, da Nat Gas Weather:
Aug 14-20: The northern US will open the week with comfortable highs of 70s and 80s, along with areas of showers. The western and southern US remain very warm to hot with upper 80s to 100s, but also with areas of thunderstorms. During the second half of the week, a break between weather systems will allow the Midwest and eastern US to warm into the upper 80s to lower 90s, including as far north as Chicago and NYC. A weak weather system will track across the far northern US Fri-Sat with minor cooling, but still very warm-hot elsewhere. Overall, national nat gas demand will be MODERATE early in the week then MODERATE-HIGH.

A proposito di GAS:
La prossima iniezione nello storage è prevista a +48Bcf: -2Bcf rispetto alla media a 5a ma +25Bcf rispetto allo scorso anno!
Comunque,guardando lo storage che continua a diminuire e le temperature che continueranno? ad aumentare fino alla fine di Agosto deduco che il prezzo del gas è sottovalutato del 9/10%!
Per me il suo prezzo dovrebbe(Big Boys permettendo)arrivare a $3,26/30!! dove si comincerà,forse,ad accumulare SHORT!!!

Sempre compliments x MR. BELFA - lunedì 14 fatto fuori gli OLI E I GAS di famiglia con profit algebrico quasi a ZERO ( termico) . Sul PLATEAU ROSA lo ZERO TERMICO ( quello vero ) si fa desiderare e per scendere a ZERMATT ci vogliono gli sci d'acqua-
buone vacanze e se fa brutto andrò a ZUG per affari e.... penso sappiate cosa vuol dire "Canton ZUG ) .

Non ci capisco più niente con le previsioni meteo USA!
Era previsto un aumento delle temperature dal 21 agosto che andava fino al 27/28 agosto ma adesso vedo che invece dal 22 agosto le temperature si abbasseranno!
Sarà l'eclissi solare?...........non lo so!
Meno male che la stagione degli uragani si sta intensificando e speriamo che qualcuno entra nel golfo del Messico!!

Current weather forecasts point to a sculpted demand outlook for the weekend, which begins with fairly weak demand on Saturday and Sunday before rising sharply heading into next week. Total Northeast demand is forecast to average 14,3 Bcf/d on gas days 19 and 20, before rising 0.7 Bcf/d on gas day 21 and remaining elevated through the first half of next week. Specifically, weather forecasts show a higher departure above normal for temperatures in New York City and Boston than seen inland in Pittsburgh.

Friday: There are several tropical systems that will need watching this weekend. The first is Tropical Storm Harvey, red circle, which is expected to track toward the S. Gulf of Mexico while strengthening slowly. A second storm upstream in the orange circle is nearing tropical storm strength and is likely to become a named cyclone today with a track toward Florida over the weekend. With the end of August weather patterns not looking quite hot enough, any weekend weather risk would more likely be from tropical systems.

A proposito di OIL:
Guardando i futures vedo che il contango è quasi scomparso con l'emergenza di una lieve backwardation!
Questo sta ad indicare che il mercato si sta ribilanciando e che la bearishness è diminuita.
Infatti,ora il BRENT è completamente in backwardation ed il Wti ci sta andando!
Non credo che arriverà a $100 come predetto da Pierre Andurand ma,a breve,andrà perlomeno a $60!!
