BAE Systems plc
(the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its
share repurchase programme announced on 2 August 2023 (the "Buyback
Programme") and following the announcement on 25 July 2024 in
relation to the initiation of the first tranche (the "First
Tranche") of the Buyback Programme, it has purchased for
cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5
pence each on the London Stock Exchange from J.P. Morgan Securities
plc ("JPMS plc"):

In relation to the
First Tranche, the Company has purchased
28,879,765 ordinary shares in aggregate at a
volume weighted average price of
