Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB" or the
"Company") announces that David McCreadie, CEO purchased 2,880
Ordinary Shares of 40p each (Shares) in Secure Trust Bank PLC on 3
May 2024 at a price of £6.94 per share.
In addition, STB was notified by
David McCreadie that his spouse, a person closely associated to
him, had purchased 5,977 Shares in the Company on 3 May 2024 at a
price of £6.9392 and a further 2,882 Shares in the Company on 7 May
2024 at a price of £6.90 per share.
