If that were true, and the company still in business, I would have to believe that they were told to do additional trials. I believe that they would be very successful, so if they were not yet concluded and the shares were that low, I would be a buyer.

I came to the same conclusion as you before you found the very helpful regulations since any initial approval would be pretty much legally binding unless the original decision was determined to have been based on some kind of unjustified approval or fraud. Best wishes.
