Salvatore Ferragamo SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the creation and production of luxury goods. The Company’s product portfolio encompasses footwear, leather goods, clothing, silk products, and other accessories, as well as, since the end of 2011, jewels. Furthermore, the Company’s products include eyewear, watches and fragrances. The production of fragrances is outsourced to third-parties and marketed by the Company under Salvatore Ferragamo brand and, on license, under Ungaro brand. The Company’s activities also include the licensing of the Ferragamo brand, property management and technical consultancy in relation to the 50%-owned joint venture with the Zegna Group. The Company’s products are distributed mainly through the direct retail network, as well as through franchises and qualified resellers. A network of mainly multi-brand distributors handles the sale of fragrances.
