(Teleborsa) - Il proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Service (ISS) ha raccomandato agli investitori di TIM di votare per la lista del CdA nella prossima assemblea degli azionisti, quindi a favore di un altro mandato per l'amministratore delegato Pietro Labriola e dell'elezione di Alberta Figari come presidente.
L'indicazione è quindi di votare contro le liste presentate da Merlyn, Asati e Blubell nell'assemblea del prossimo 23 aprile.

Seduta tonica per l'indice del settore telecomunicazioni (+0,96%), si concentrano gli acquisti su Tesselis

(Teleborsa) - Brilla il comparto telecomunicazioni in Italia nonostante l'andamento pressoché stabile evidenziato dall'indice dei giganti europei delle Telecomunicazioni.
Il FTSE Italia Telecommunications ha aperto a 8.144,1 in crescita dello 0,96%, rispetto alla chiusura precedente. Intanto l'indice EURO STOXX Telecommunications chiude poco mosso a 281, dopo aver avviato la seduta a 281.
Tra le Blue Chip di Piazza Affari dell'indice telecomunicazioni, seduta vivace per Telecom Italia, protagonista di un allungo verso l'alto con un progresso del 2,97%.
Tra le società meno capitalizzate di Piazza Affari, grande giornata per Tessellis, che mette a segno un rialzo del 7,54%.

Lo status tecnico di medio periodo di TIM rimane negativo.
Nel breve periodo, invece, evidenziamo un miglioramento della forza rialzista,
con la curva che incontra la prima area di resistenza a 0,2360 - 0,2400,
mentre i supporti sono stimati in area 0,2280 - 0,2250.
Le implicazioni tecniche propendono a favore di un nuovo spunto rialzista
con target stimato verosimilmente in area 0,2480 - 0,2520.
