mineral resource and reserve estimates for the Segovia Operations
in Colombia. The technical report
entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Segovia Operations,
Antioquia, Colombia" has an
effective date of September 30, 2023
(the Technical Report) and supports the disclosures made by the
Company in its news releases dated November
2, 2023 and November 27, 2023.
