(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of ACR Group Inc., using
the trading symbol BRR. Based in Houston, Texas, ACR Group, Inc.'s
principal business is the wholesale distribution of heating,
ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration ("HVACR")
equipment, parts and supplies. ACR Group has branch locations all
over the southeastern United States, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico,
Colorado and California. The Company's sales are substantially to
