CPD Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. Common Stock

The investigation involves whether the Board of Directors of Caraco breached their fiduciary duties to Caraco stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before agreeing to enter into the transaction and whether Caraco has disclosed all material information to shareholders about the proposed transaction. As recently as August, Caraco’s shares have traded at $6.50 per share.
