Cuisine Solutions Joins Forces with Top Chefs to Support US in the World's Most Rigorous Culinary Competition

sous-vide cooking, announced today that it will join forces with
the world�s top chefs, including two of their own Fiveleaf chef
partners, Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef Thomas Keller, to help
support and prepare the selected US team for competition at the
international culinary event Bocuse d�Or. This rigorous competition
starts this coming weekend in Orlando with the selection of one
team out of eight to represent the USA in Lyon, France January
27-28 2009. The US Team is being assisted by Fiveleaf Chefs, Thomas
Keller and Daniel Boulud. Cuisine Solutions� Fiveleaf subsidiary
will provide 3 days of sous-vide training to the winners of the US
competition to prepare them for the final competition. Stanislas
