MarkWest Hydrocarbon Declares a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.10 per Share DENVER, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. (AMEX:MWP), today announced that on April 28, 2005 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of its common stock for an implied annual rate of $0.40 per share. This quarterly cash dividend represents an increase of $0.025 per share over the previous quarter dividend. MarkWest's Board has declared that the dividend is to be paid on May 23, 2005, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2005. The ex-dividend date is May 12, 2005.
