DENVER, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. (AMEX:MWP), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share of its common stock for an implied annual rate of $0.96 per share. This quarterly cash dividend represents an increase of $0.065 per share, or 37%, over the previous quarter's dividend, and represents an increase of $0.14 per share, or 140% over the second quarter 2005 dividend. MarkWest's Board has declared that the dividend is to be paid on August 21, 2006, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2006.
