MarkWest Hydrocarbon Declares a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.025 per Share DENVER, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. (AMEX:MWP), today announced that on July 22, 2004 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of its common stock for an implied annual rate of $0.10 per share. MarkWest's Board has declared that the dividend is to be paid on August 19, 2004, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 5, 2004. The ex-dividend date is August 3, 2004.
