This Post-Effective Amendment No. 60 relates to the Nuveen Short-Term REIT ETF (the “Fund”), a separate series of Nushares ETF Trust (the “Trust”). The sole purpose of this filing is to file as an exhibit to the Trust’s registration statement, risk/return information in interactive data format for the Fund.
