On November 7, 2006, Transnational Financial Network, Inc. (AMEX:TFN) received notice from the American Stock Exchange that its listing on the exchange would be continued pursuant to an extension during which time the Company will have time to regain compliance. On July 31, 2006, the exchange notified the Company that the Company was not in compliance with Section 1003(a)(i) of the exchange�s Company Guide because the Company�s equity was less than $2,000,000 and losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in two out of three years.
