(AMEX:TPO), a manufacturer and distributor of structural and mechanical steel tubing and engineered steel storage rack systems, today announced that the company has received a letter of intent ("LOI") from Menards, an industry leader in home improvement, for Tarpon�s SpaceRak� division to supply storage racks for Menard�s national distribution center in Shelby, Iowa. The LOI is valued at $1.2 million, and shipments are expected to be completed by May of 2007. Menards owns and operates a chain of stores in the Midwestern United State. The company was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
