(AMEX:TWW), a leading operator of integrated Internet exchanges and a global provider of managed IT infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors, today announced that MD Medina Investments, LLC, a limited liability company controlled by the Company�s Chief Executive Officer Manuel D. Medina, has purchased 500,000 shares of the Company�s common stock. The purchase price for the common stock was $7.50 per share.
