Certain financial and other information necessary for an accurate and full completion of the Annual Report on Form 10-KSB could not be provided within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to the substantial time and effort required as a result of the need to re-visit impairment charges for fiscal 2007 and to determine the impact of the pending combination transaction with the Crusader Energy group.
