PRESS RELASE IGD SIIQ SPA: FILING OF LISTS ­ APPOINTMENT OF THE STATUTORY AUDITORS

Bologna, 27 March 2012 ­ Please be advised that at 26 March 2012 - only one list of candidates for the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors has been presented by the shareholders Coop Adricatica S.c.a.r.l. and Unicoop Tirreno Società Cooperativa. Consequently, as indicated in the notice of call for the Annual General Meeting published on 9 March 2012, pursuant to Art. 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Regulation11971/99, lists of candidates for the Board of Statutory Auditors may be presented until the third day following the deadline or 29 March 2012. In this instance the minimum share ownership required for the submission of lists for the appointment of the statutory auditors is reduced by half, therefore to 1.25% of the share capital.
