Share Capital Increase According to current laws and dispositions, · · at December 30th, 2011, n. 40,558 "2006-2011 KME Group S.p.A. common share warrants" have been exercised with the issue of n. 20,279 new common shares, without nominal value for a total amount of Euro 14,195.30; at December 30th, 2011, n. 48,411 "2009-2011 KME Group S.p.A. common share warrants" have been exercised with the issue of n. 48,411 new common shares, without nominal value for a total amount of Euro 12,586.86.

Both the above mentioned warrants which have been not exercided on December 30th are extinguished and have no more validity and effectiveness. The following chart shows the new share capital composition.
