Neurosoft announces the agreement with Sportingbet and Centric for the joint development and support of a new specialised online sportsbook service
Neurosoft S.A. - a premier software house, listed on AIM Italia market (GRS802003004, Reuters NRST.MI, Bloomberg NRST:IM) for which Integrae SIM is Nominated Adviser ­ announces the agreement for the joint development and support of a new specialised online sportsbook service on UK jurisdiction, between Neurosoft SA and subsidiaries of Sportingbet and Centric Holdings SA. The Service to be provided shall be an innovative new sportsbook domain that offers best odds on multiple bets, through pioneering Neurosoft technology. The prices available to customers of the Service for every single event shall be ever improving in line with the number of legs in a multiple. The objective is to offer the best odds available in the jurisdiction and any outcome, versus traditional competitors for multiple bets. Sportingbet PLC is a leading provider of sports betting, casinos, games and poker on line and on mobile. It was established in 1998 and acquired by Gaming VC in March 2013. It has licences with Alderney, Denmark, Spain, Malta and the UK. Overall, the company has over 4 million registered customers, who place over one million bets (casino, poker, sports and virtual games) per day. Centric Holdings SA participates in companies that, manage and promote online entertainment services. Centric's subsidiaries cooperate with large online entertainment providers, which are listed on European Stock Exchanges and are licensed to provide these services remotely, in order to jointly provide and promote online gaming platforms in several languages of Central and Southeastern European countries.
