announce the appointment of Mr. Claude Rousseau as a new independent director of
the Corporation. His expertise in telecommunications and his extensive knowledge
of the Quebec market will be a valuable asset to the Genius team. 


SHORT BIOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT / CLAUDE ROUSSEAU

Claude Rousseau is a businessman working in the province of Quebec. Following a
career of more than 28 years within a company in the area of telecommunications
during which he held several senior executive key positions, Mr. Rousseau
joined, in fall 2008, the great Quebec Remparts' family, managing the following
activities: the Challenge Bell, the "Blizzard du Seminaire St-Francois" and, of
course, the Quebec Remparts.


Furthermore, Claude Rousseau was in charge of many parallel projects during his
career, among other things, he serves on the board of several companies, namely
Induspac, the Port of Quebec, Pro Hockey Life and Equipe Quebec.


Claude Rousseau's reputation is second to none in the greater Quebec City area.
He is highly involved in the organization of sport events and has been
co-president of the World Hockey Championship in 2008. Visionary by nature, he
firmly believes in the importance of being actively involved in the Quebec
community. According to him, it is by being involved in a community that we can
grow our pride and our sense of belonging to the region, and thus, go further
together as a community. That is why he was appointed to lead a committee to
assess the state of sports infrastructure in the region to converge to Quebec
major international competitions.

Rousseau, skilled manager in telecommunication and influential business
personality in Quebec is a statement to the growth potential of our Corporation

Mr. Rousseau's appointment has been approved by the current board of directors
and is subject to CSE approval.
