In compliance with the Trust Deed dated 13th July 1993 and any deeds
supplemental hereto, we hereby inform you that withdrawals and substitutions
since the certificate in respect of the year end 31st December 1999 given under
Condition 9(C), cumulatively exceed 15% by value of the specifically mortgage
premises at 3rd May 2000.
