               COSMOTE SYNDICATED LOAN FACILITY, EURO 350M

OTE Group of Companies announces that the Group Treasury with the participation 
of the COSMOTE Financial team has recently completed the refinance and increase
of the project finance facility of COSMOTE.

The substantially improved terms and conditions as well as the over subscription
levels (EURO 500M were offered) by a large number of Greek and International
Banks, underline the confidence of the market for the management of COSMOTE and
its growth strategy.

The syndicated facility, arranged by Citibank and the National Bank of Greece,
forms part of the OTE Group Finance plan.
