Pharma Equity Group A/S has, in accordance with section 38 of the
Capital Markets Act, received major shareholder notification, that
BioPharma Holding ApS has sold shares in Pharma Equity Group A/S on
11 July 2024.
As a result, BioPharma Holding ApS has reduced its shareholding
from 20,05 % to less than 5% in Pharma Equity Group A/S, and as of
11 July 2024, BioPharma Holding ApS holds 0,0 % of the voting
rights and share capital in Pharma Equity Group A/S.
