Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Global
Graphics PLC (the "Company") will be held by video conference on
Thursday 6 May 2021 at 15:00 hrs (BST).

conference and must register by 15:00 hrs (BST) on Tuesday 4 May 2021.
