It is a great pleasure for us to invite you to a presentation and Q & A session 
on our 3 Q results to be held on Friday, November 2, in London.

SEB will be represented by Mr. Anders Rydin, CFO, Mr Per-Anders Fasth, new Head 
of Group Investor Relations and myself.

Please note, the meeting will be held at Enskilda Securities, 88 Wood Street, 
London EC2V 7QS and will take place at 08.00 a.m. - 09.30 a.m. November 2, 2001.
