Dorada Corporation, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announces that
it will be increasing its issued and paid up capital by issuing up to 
U.S.$125,000,000 of additional A Shares or B Shares and Capital Notes (under its
U.S.$1,000,000,000 Capital Note Programme).

Dorada Corporation has on 15th May 2000 received commitments for the issuance of
U.S.$115,000,000 of Shares and Capital Notes, and at least this amount will be
issued by 16th February, 2001.
