Appointment of Directors



Pursuant to paragraph LR9.6.11 of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that,
effective 29 June 2006, Robert Morrow Gray has been appointed a non-executive
director of the Company.  In addition, also effective 29 June 2006, John Raymond
Garwood and Russell James John Lyons have been appointed Alternate Directors to
George Iacobescu and Peter Anderson respectively.



Robert Gray is currently a director of Songbird Estates plc.  There are no other
directorships or details to be disclosed in respect of Mr Gray, Mr Garwood or Mr
Lyons under rule LR9.6.13.
